Westrim's Service Division takes pride in offering Maintenance Agreements to multiple Property Managers throughout the Lower Mainland.  Pete, our Apartment/Condominium Service Manager, is the man you want to talk to if you desire to have a Maintenance Agreement for your townhome or apartment building.  Pete and our Service Crew inspect ans service all aspects of large building mechanical, including the plumbing and heating systems.

 If you desire, Westrim also provides and maintains an on-site maintenance log book in which we:

• Record each visit
• Record what service was performed on each visit
• Record the condition of the particular mechanical aspect serviced  

In addition, our Maintenance Agreements also provide Property Managers with a special discounted hourly rate, so as to extend further savings to those with whom we have an agreement.
