Westrim's Construction Division is headed up by Dave.  Westrim was originally founded in the new construction industry, thereby ensuring that we grow right along with the current advances in technology used in high-end Custom Homes.  Our Contractors who maintain high standards can attest to the quality of workmanship that Westrim provides.  While Dave is now in the office, ensuring that all aspects of the projects are being addressed, our On-Site Foreman Mike, and the Construction Crew have proven that they are capable of rising to the installation challenges any project may present.

Westrim installs Plumbing and Radiant Hot Water Heating Systems, combined Baseboard/Radiant Systems, as well as all Gas Fitting in new custom homes that range anywhere from 3,000 to 14,000 square feet.  Dave always feels that the inside of the boiler room should look as great as the efficiency of the systems we install. 

In addition, our Customers/Contractors are able to be in constant communication with our office staff, who in turn can put them in touch with Management.  Customer's are also ensured that the service provided will be done according to the regulations set per the B.C.code, and will be installed as per the detailed quotations that Westrim provides for the larger construction projects.  Westrim seeks to be absolutely clear in outlining all of our obligations, so that a project can run as smoothly as possible, avoiding miscommunications with Building Contractors, and thereby side-stepping misunderstandings.
